Kimberly Thomas

With a 20+ year background in non-profit and corporate business, Kimberly joins us with a wealth of knowledge in Sales Management, Marketing and Advertising, HR, and Finance. As our Operations Manager, she will work closely with the NTM Team in organizing and managing company finances, analytical account reporting, annual budget preparation, payroll, and HR.

Kimberly loves to travel and when she disappears, she is most likely found somewhere with her feet in the sand, and saltwater in her hair (her forever motto…” It’s 5 o’clock somewhere!). She enjoys spending time with her husband, 15 year old son, whom she playfully refers as her “mini me”, her step daughter and husband, and lives for girls night out with her friends. She has three cats, one of which is the spawn of Satan, that are her beloved furbabies.

Her absolute FAVORITE trilogies are Aliens and Jaws, and her best friend and partner in crime is Sheldon from Big Bang Theory, (he just isn’t in the know just yet). Her dream bucket list item she has yet to check off is diving with Great Whites. She loves home décor, and secretly helps others with inspiration boards for their homes and is forever aggravating her husband with moving around furniture once a week at home. She has a new passion for work-life-balance and is super stoked to be welcomed into the NTM family!
