An Auburn University graduate with a degree in Logistics & Supply‑Chain, Hal brings a unique blend of real‑world experience and empathy to his role as Nick the Marketer’s Customer Service Manager. Before joining the team, he built a diverse résumé that ranges from business development and restaurant dishwasher and ownership to branding/promotional marketing, giving him a ground‑level understanding of what it takes to run a business.

In his current role, he helps ensures that every client interaction aligns with Nick the Marketer’s reputation for results‑oriented marketing. Married to Maghan and the proud father of three daughters, he’s always working on perfecting the art of being a “girl dad.” Outside the office, he loves catching the latest Marvel movies, watching The Office, networking through BNI, and unwinding by learning how to become a mahjong expert.
